When you get your gear, it is very common for your country to charge a duty or tax on your package. DHL clears customs on your behalf and charges you the duty before they leave the package. This is not charged by Vectorgear and is not included in your order total.

The amount will vary by your home country and is based on the actual value of the gear purchased not the total amount paid. For example, if your order was paid partially with a gift card or if a discount was applied, the customs fee will be based off the actual value of the item and not the amount paid after the discount.

Please note it is illegal for us to alter the declared value or declare products as gifts to avoid import taxes and fees. The invoice shipped with your order will reflect both the actual value of the items purchased and the amount paid.
